AGA BREAKDOWN

BOILER SERVICE INCLUDES:

Inspection of the oil tank
Replace "one" oil filter element, if there's two then the 2nd is an extra
Clean the oil line through to make sure any dirty oil in the line is removed
Check the operation of the remote fire valve
Check the flue for any leaks or damages
Remove the baffles, clean and hoover out the combustion chamber
Remove the burner and check the condition of the burner seal, replace if required
Remove, clean and inspect the blast tube
Replace the burner nozzle
Check the flexi hose and replace if necessary
Check and clean photocell
Check the ignition leads
Check the electrode spacing
Remove the oil pump case and check for a blocked filter
Reassemble the burner and test, adjusting oil pump pressure and air settings to the manufacturer’s recommended instructions if required for the correct output of the nozzle fitted
